Our client is a popular jewelry retailer, with branches in major cities in Asia and customer based across the globe.

  • Report to Director and supervise the marketing and CRM teams
  • Formulate marketing strategies and define marketing calendar with holistic plans for brand positioning, product marketing, CRM, etc.
  • Initiate and pilot the planning, execution and measurement of marketing initiatives including ATL & BTL advertising, loyalty programs, digital branding programs, etc.
  • Analyze competitive activities and market trend to define and formulate CRM strategies and programs
  • Work closely with various functional teams to effective the marketing strategies as well as ensure the execution achieves the goals and objectives
  • Responsible for budget planning and forecasting as well as manage the A&P expenses and ensure the resources are utilized effectively and properly
