Senior Regeneration Manager – Regeneration Team

Reports to: Head of Regeneration 

The Regeneration and Strategic Asset Management team is responsible for identifying, securing and delivering regeneration and growth opportunities in line with MTVH's Business Plan and Investment Strategy. 

The team lead on the appraisal and optimisation of all residential and non-residential assets to maximise long-term value and performance, while building strong partnerships that position MTVH as a trusted partner for communities, customers and stakeholders.

This role will provide cover for a colleague who will be on a 12-month internal secondment.
