Qualifications

• Prior experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, preferably in the technology industry
• Strong understanding of US recruitment practices and employment laws
• Experience with sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
