Amazon Global Realty is currently looking to hire an experienced bilingual Senior Real Estate Manager to join the team and play a critical role in supporting all facility and property activity across Amazon's Mexico Network. Regular national travel will be required, and ocasionally international travel.

In this role you will support the Mexico team to ensure the timely completion of new transactions as well as asset management of existing sites, including renewals, expansions, terminations, and reconfiguration of existing warehouse space. This encompasses the entire process of working with the local management team in defining the requirements, lease negotiations (business and legal terms), on-site surveys, comparative financial analysis of lease transaction, and project management.
