Job Requirements 1. 10 years of experience in RAN RF design, optimisation, transmission/backhaul engineering, and EME compliance. 2. Strong hands‑on expertise in LTE, 5G, UMTS, GSM, NB‑IoT, P25, Microwave, and IP/MPLS networks. 3. Proven ability in RF optimisation, drive testing, KPI analysis, and interference resolution. 4. Strong experience conducting EME compliance assessments as per Australian regulations. 5. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
