The Treatment Senior RT coordinates staffing, workflow, and clinical standards across treatment delivery.
You will:
* Lead and support the Treatment team * Coordinate daily treatment operations * Ensure safe and efficient linac utilisation * Support IGRT, VMAT, SGRT and stereotactic techniques * Provide clinical coaching and mentorship * Contribute to service development and innovationYou will play a key role in embedding high standards in a new department equipped with a Varian TrueBeam system.
