Senior Quantity Surveyor | Mixed-Use Residential Development | East London | Up to Β£90,000

I'm working with a contractor who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor for what is set to become the largest project in the company's history.

The project is currently in PCSA and offers the opportunity to take commercial ownership of a major residential package on a long-term, high-profile development. If it's not for you but someone suitable comes to mind, referrals are always appreciated.

β’ Approximately 35-month programme
β’ Located in East London
β’ Traditional contract

The Role
Commercial lead for the residential element of the scheme
β’ Managing procurement, valuations, variations, CVRs and final accounts
