Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor - Warrington
Location: Warrington
Contract Duration: 6–12 Months (Potential Extension Beyond Initial Term)

Rate: Flexible / Negotiable Depending on Experience

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major industrial construction project based in Warrington.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a significant £20m scheme with a well-established project team, offering a long-term freelance assignment with the potential to extend beyond the initial contract period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial management of a £20m industrial project.
* Procurement and management of subcontract packages.
* Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget management.
* Valuations, variations, and change control.
* Contract administration and risk management.
