Job Description

Our Client is a consulting company for development and construction projects. The role of a Senior Quantity Surveyor is to be involved in the overall quantity surveying, cost & contract management of projects. You will be reporting to Quantity Surveyor Manager.

【 Responsibilities 】
- Feasibility studies & early cost advice
- Preparation of cost estimate & cost plan
- Value management & cost management
- Advice and management of the overall procurement process.
- Preparation of tender & contract documentation.
- Evaluation of tenders received, analysis & reporting.
- Measurement and taking-off of quantities and quantification of works done.
- Valuation of a progress payment claim, variation and final account.
- Attendance to project & site meetings.
