- Prepare and analyze cost comparisons for construction projects
- Obtain quotations, liaise, and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Responsible for quantity take-offs and measurements
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, and manage sub-contractor payments
- Perform all other QS-related duties as assigned
- Degree in Building or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with main-contractor firms
- Strong track record in contract negotiation, administration, and handling variation orders
- Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive, analytical, and an excellent problem-solver
- A strong team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
