A well established national main contractor delivering refurbishment and new build schemes procured through design & build contracts. Projects range from minor £2m schemes up to £20m major works contracts.
The role:
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in main contracting with proven experience in managing the commercial delivery of design and build projects. Working with site based project teams, your responsibilities as Senior Quantity Surveyor may include:
