Job Description
- Administer construction contracts on-site
- Review and verify contractor labour, equipment, subcontractor and site cost records
- Conduct open-book cost audits and verify reimbursable costs
- Review and certify progress reporting and Quantity Manhour Reports (QMR)
- Support progress and productivity tracking with the Planning Team
- Assess monthly payment claims and monitor costs, forecasts and cash flow
- Assist with contract claims and change management
- Provide commercial advice and support to Project Teams
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering OR a related discipline
- Previous experience administering construction contracts within Infrastructure, Mining OR Oil & Gas Projects
- Exposure to mechanical and EIC construction works
- Strong understanding of cost verification, auditing and contract administration
