Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: East Leeds Office Location
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 salary + package
Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in civil engineering, you will play a vital role within the site and the company to ensure all works are completed to specification, in budget and on time.The client are a successful civil engineering subcontractor working on building schemes around Yorkshire and the North East.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualification as a minimum;
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field For this role it is essential that you hold the skills & experience below;
Completing Monthly budgets
Proficient with Microsoft Office Package
Knowledge in NEC 3 or NEC 4 Contracts
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experienced in financial / commercial management of projects
Experience working on ...
