Senior Quantitative UX Researcher, Experience Research

The Customer Insights team supports Dow Jones strategic goals and their implementation by providing end to end understanding of our markets, customers and products from market research to user testing to rapid testing. This role focuses on Dow Jones’ Consumer and B2B business units which include The Wall Street Journal, Factiva, MarketWatch, Risk & Compliance and many others.
