Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Quality Specialist to support systemwide quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives across a large acute‑care environment. This role is responsible for analyzing clinical and operational data, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading cross‑functional teams to implement evidence‑based interventions. The position requires strong analytical capability, experience with regulatory reporting programs, and the ability to influence clinical and operational stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of clinical, or healthcare operations experience, advanced quality improvement methodology, and the leadership skills needed to drive measurable improvements in care delivery, patient outcomes, and organizational performance.
