THE COMPANY Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Industrial Automation & Robotics sector with a strong presence regionally. They are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Operations Manager.
THE ROLE The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for:
Implement and monitor quality control processes across electronic components, assemblies, and systems. Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with IPC, ISO, and other industry standards. Investigate non-conformances, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. REQUIREMENTS
