**Job Description:**

**_PURPOSE_**

The Senior Test Automation (TA) Engineer is a key technical leader who balances strategic initiatives with hands-on collaboration, splitting time between QA work and strategic TA. They propose new TA strategies via Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). They are a primary mentor for other TA engineers and work closely with DevOps to ensure a stable and efficient CI/CD pipeline.

**_ACCOUNTABILITIES_**

+ **Own Full-Stack Quality:** Independently own the end-to-end quality process for a feature team, including designing test strategies, executing manual tests, and leading the team's formal verification efforts.
+ **Design and Implement Automation:** Design and implement robust and maintainable automated tests for complex features. Submit all work for peer review via Pull Requests.
