Due to business expansion, our client is now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join and grow within their well established portfolio team.

About the role

• Responsible to provide all aspect of QS services including budget control, tender documents, tender analysis, prepare interim payment, financial statement, and VO assessments etc.
• Conduct pre contract cost control particularly on preparation of cost estimates, cost plans and cost analysis.
• Prepare tender documents and pre-contract tendering support for projects including A&A and building projects
