Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of quality control laboratory operations and lead a team of direct and indirect reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards such as GLP, GDP, cGMP and internal standards.
• Manage all aspects of laboratory operations, focusing on analytical testing and equipment systems.
• Provide quality control expertise and support to cross‑functional teams including Production and Supply Chain.
• Spearhead Analytical Method Transfer (AMT) and method validation initiatives.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies incorporating RFT, SPC and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Oversee the laboratory budget and capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning.
• Promote adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards and foster a safety‑first culture.
• Support regulatory reporting and oversee stability programs.
