Responsibilities

• Champion Quality Investigations: dive into daily quality incidents, lead complaint investigations and reporting, uncover root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions that protect consumers and elevate standards.
• Strengthen Process Excellence: lead process validation activities, ensure corrective actions are robust and sustainable, and ensure changes strengthen product quality, production efficiency, and waste reduction.
