Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Perform process inspection for complete Component Assembly
  • Familiar with Semiconductor Assembly Quality
  • Familiar with IC packages like BGA
  • Familiar with ESD controls and handling of electronic components
  • Familiar with Cleanroom working environment
  • Understand and know how to extract data for performance reports
  • Reporting Quality defect/issue and drive closure
  • Perform verification on closure action
