Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Back Office Quality Assurance Consultant (IC4) to lead quality assurance across complex Back Office platforms, integrations, and business-critical operations.This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who demonstrates strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring delivery quality, production stability, and operational excellence, while proactively identifying risks, driving automation, and influencing stakeholders across multiple systems and business domains.
