You’re a Senior Psychologist committed to high-quality, ethical practice, and you’re seeking the authority and structure needed to reduce clinical risk and embed innovative, evidence-based approaches into day-to-day work.
This role is for someone who wants real influence over clinical quality, proper supervision structures, and the chance to strengthen a team through good systems and safe practice — without being pulled into full people management or sales targets.
