Job Description

Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Pricing, modelling and risk assessment of new and existing treaty business
  • Initiating and taking part in projects aimed at improving technical insights (pricing, modelling, benchmarking) and operational standards
  • Ensuring documentation and traceability of the Underwriting process and portfolio being correctly reflected in accounting and claims systems

    • Qualifications required:

  • University degree or equivalent higher education in relevant field.
  • 8+ years of relevant professional work experience from the reinsurance/insurance sector; experience from the DACH market a strong plus

    • Experience required:

  • Excellent command of English and German, additional language considered a plus
  • Deep knowledge about Natural Catastrophe modelling considered a strong plus
