Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision, is responsible for the assessment, analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation of major programs and / or projects. Acts as a change agent to create and support a positive change process.


• Oversees medium to large sized, multi-faceted projects varying in complexity and involving cross functional experts. These projects could be system-wide.


• Drives progress of the project including overseeing the assessment, analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Manages work plan, scope and aids in assessment of resource requirements in order to achieve desired outcomes and directs re-engineering efforts.
