**Responsibilities**

+ The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and create a vision for growth for an environmental planning practice in San Jose and surrounding communities.
+ Activities include business development, managing relationships with key clients, support and lead environmental planning projects, and lead and mentor planning team members.
