TEKsystems is hiring a Senior Project Manager – Business Change & Delivery to drive key transformation initiatives.

This role will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery and work closely with business stakeholders to execute change initiatives, ensuring alignment across timelines, risks, and objectives.

• Own project plans, timelines, milestones, and overall delivery across business change initiatives
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams to ensure projects progress on schedule
• Monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies, proactively resolving issues and removing blockers
• Provide clear and structured status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Engage and influence business stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability without direct authority
