Senior Project Manager / Program Manager – Ampstek

The Sr. Project Manager/Program Manager will lead complex, multi-project programs in the telecom domain, specifically within the wholesale line of business. This role combines strong technical expertise with program management skills to ensure successful delivery of large‑scale IT transformation initiatives for global telecom clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of strategic programs involving OSS/BSS systems and wholesale processes.
• Define program scope, technical architecture alignment, timelines, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to ensure technical integrity; review designs, integration plans, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Act as the primary technical and delivery interface for client leadership, manage expectations and ensure alignment between business and technical objectives.
