Job Description

Your Responsibilities

  • You define and execute program strategies aligned with product line objectives and business targets
  • You lead and oversee multiple global sourcing and development projects, ensuring delivery across technical scope, cost, quality, and timelines
  • You coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams such as engineering, sourcing, quality, or operations in a matrix organization
  • You proactively identify risks and deviations, and drive mitigation plans in alignment with senior stakeholders
  • You organize and lead risk and governance meetings with management and key stakeholders
  • You ensure structured and transparent project reporting (KPIs, budgets, milestones) in line with PMO standards
  • You manage project planning and financial tracking using tools such as MS Project
  • You ensure successful project closure, including post-project follow-up (SOP +6 months) and handover to Product Ma...
