At R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited (Burnside), we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Water/Wastewater Linear Infrastructure team. If you’re passionate about delivering meaningful infrastructure projects that support communities across Southern Ontario and you enjoy building strong client relationships while leading technical teams, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Lead project planning, design, approvals, and construction administration for municipal linear infrastructure (watermains, sanitary sewers, forcemains).

Manage client relationships and act as their trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate design teams, direct engineers and technicians, and ensure quality in reports, tender packages, drawings, and cost estimates.

Support field staff and contract administrators in addressing construction challenges.
