The individual supports the country’s Business Management & Strategic Project Delivery portfolio by leading end‑to‑end delivery while also performing Business Analyst (BA) responsibilities. The role partners with Business and Technology stakeholders to define problems, elicit and manage requirements, evaluate solution options, and drive execution to deliver measurable business outcomes. The individual is also expected to leverage AI‑enabled ways of working to improve project delivery effectiveness (e.g., accelerating analysis, documentation, planning, reporting, testing support, and stakeholder communications) while ensuring appropriate governance, confidentiality, and responsible use of AI tools.
