Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from initiation through to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Drive successful delivery of complex, enterprise-scale programmes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Provide leadership, direction, and hands‑on support to project teams, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships through clear communication, transparency, and proactive issue resolution.
• Manage project governance, including planning, risk management, resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment with PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement across the function.
