Project Manager – HEAVY CIVIL HIGHWAY and CONSTRUCTION   IOC Company, LLC. is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Texas Operations.

The Senior Project Manager will assist with the managing of ongoing jobs.  This is an exciting and challenging role for which only the best will be considered.

This position is in our Edinburg, Texas office but will include travel to projects throughout Texas.  Position Summary:

• The primary objective of this role is to oversee the project management staff and assist with managing large-scale heavy civil construction projects and structures.


• We are looking for a Project Manager who want to advance to an Operational Manager.
