The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the replacement of the State’s legacy Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all activities and deliverables for MDH supporting the replacement MMIS. This role requires deep knowledge of CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines, Medicaid modularity initiatives, and large-scale IT procurement. The Senior Project Manager will work with State stakeholders to gather requirements, develop the solicitation document(s), manage the procurement process, and support vendor selection.
