Manage and supervise works at the project site, from initial project preparation until the completion of handover.

• Manage all projects especially Architecture related matters
• Communicate the project plan to clearly define individual responsibilities, schedules and budgets
• Work closely with Engineering Service dept. to ensure updated construction drawings are used
• Work closely with Supply Chain & Procurement for machinery and materials orders
• Manage and monitor all material wastage
• Manage and deploy resources (manpower, material, machineries) required to achieve project schedules
• Organize & manage sub-contractors to achieve project schedule
