Sr. Project Governance Advisor – Project Management Office

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Reporting to: Manager, Project Governance

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the evolution of project governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, regulatory expectations, and industry standards.
• Facilitates cross‑functional collaboration across Sustaining Capital project teams and Trans Mountain functions to embed governance practices across the portfolio.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for Project Leaders, engineers, coordinators, and team members on governance processes, documentation standards, and scaled stage‑gate requirements.
• Defines, tracks, and reports governance KPIs to assess compliance, effectiveness, and delivery performance.
