- Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
- To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
- Liaise with consultants, client & main/ sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement, design submission and work progress supervision
- Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing/ final approved drawing from authorities
- Lead a team of supervisors/ foreman for works coordination with main/ sub-contractors and/ or authorities and/ or consultant on project progress and technical issues
- Assist in preparation of method statement and construction sequence for project implementation
- Assist Project Manager in Project Costing, monthly progress claims and monthly progress report
