Senior Project Engineer — Ready Meals Plant

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically versatile Senior Project Engineer to lead the engineering, commissioning, and handover of our new greenfield ready meals manufacturing facility. This is a pivotal role that requires hands-on expertise across both electrical and mechanical engineering disciplines, combined with deep knowledge of food processing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle — from detailed engineering and equipment procurement through to trial production runs and operational handover.
