Job Description
Essential Job Functions
- Assists the Construction Manager in overseeing day-to-day site works.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site works, including subcontract works, safety and quality control.
- Monitor daily progress of work on site, identify potential delays or issues and implement necessary actions.
- Co‑ordinate, supervise and monitor the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning and ordering adjustments to keep the project on track.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly progress reports for in‑house, owner and consultant submissions, highlighting key achievements and milestones.
- Produce weekly site progress reports and necessary submissions.
- Attend meetings and conduct site inspections on work progress to ensure quality control by authority requirements.
