RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Documentation and Submission Coordination: Coordinating with PM/PE on all project documentation and submissions and to ensure that relevant project records, reports and other documents are properly organized and recorded/archived. Comply and maintain ISO quality documentation.


• eOPF Revision and Sales Team Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to revise the eOPF based on information provided by project managers or project engineers (PM/PE) and to follow up on the eopf revision creation. 


• ISO Quality Documentation: Maintaining ISO quality standards is crucial. To be responsible for ensuring that project processes adhere to ISO requirements, and that documentation reflects compliance with these standards and participation in internal audit for project.
