Senior Project Accountant

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate development accounting, job costing, and project budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; familiar with residential real estate development and construction cycles
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce (required)
• CPA designation (completed or near completion) is strongly preferred
• Strong technical understanding of ASPE
• A self-directed, proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
