Whole Foods Market is seeking a sharp, driven, and analytically minded Sr Program Manager to join our Promotions Analytics team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of understanding promotional performance and customer engagement, translating campaign data into strategic insights that directly shape our merchandising initiatives.

This is a high-visibility role with real impact from day one. The right candidate should have a strong foundation in retail merchandising and promotional strategy, possess the ability to dive deep into complex campaign performance metrics, understand the business context behind the data, and continuously strive to find deeper insights. They should be ready to step into a role guiding and developing a small analytics team.
