Amazon's Sub Same Day (SSD) Operations Excellence (OpX) team is looking for a Senior Program Manager eager to join the team that is defining new benchmarks, innovating on new processes, and creating a strategy to scale the SSD network for the next three years of growth. This role is an exciting opportunity to tackle week-to-week operational hurdles, strategize and create roadmaps that will improve on time delivery performance, productivity and quality for upcoming key Customer high volume events, and engage in long term product pipelines to build for tomorrow's scale.

The Sr. PM that will be most successful in this role will have a proven track record of identifying operational problems, proposing solutions after scoping scrappy short term and robust long term tech approaches that leverage best practices from other networks (such as NACF), and implementing these solutions with a close lens on both quantitative results/trends and operational experience insights. ...
