Strategic Program Leadership
• Lead a portfolio of enterprise digital transformation programs spanning multiple business units, regions, and technology domains
• Translate corporate and business strategy into roadmaps, investment priorities, and execution plans
• Drive initiatives that transform customer experience, business models, data capabilities, and operational processes
• Ensure programs deliver measurable business outcomes (revenue growth, cost efficiency, speed-to-market, customer impact)

Cross-Functional & Executive Alignment
• Act as the primary program lead, partnering with Senior Leadership, Business Innovation, Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Operations
• Facilitate decision-making across competing priorities, trade-offs, and constraints
