Description
Amazon's Last Mile In-Life Services team is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Retrofit Execution to own the end-to-end operational execution of large-scale vehicle retrofit campaigns across North America. This role is the hands-on execution engine for retrofit programs ranging from $10M–$50M, turning approved plans into completed installations across hundreds of delivery stations with zero disruption to daily delivery operations.

You will manage the full installation lifecycle — from VIN identification and parts logistics through on-site night-shift installations, vendor coordination, completion reporting, invoice validation, and campaign closeout. You will work across fleet systems, coordinate with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), Regional Fleet Managers (RFMs), and multiple installation vendors to keep campaigns on schedule, on budget, and at quality.
