The Role and the Team

Retail Media is one of BLC's biggest strategic bets. Having built a retail media proposition from the ground up, the business is now investing seriously in scaling it, and this role sits right at the heart of that ambition.
As Retail Media Senior Program Manager, you'll work as the right-hand person to the Retail Media Director, partnering across Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, Partnerships and Legal to drive delivery of a complex, cross-functional transformation roadmap. This is a newly created role in an emerging team, which means real scope to shape how the function operates and genuine influence over outcomes that matter to the business. The role calls for someone equally comfortable setting strategic direction and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen; this is not a role for someone who manages from a distance.
