The Senior Programme Manager (Client Success) is a senior, client‑facing role responsible for overseeing complex, multi‑stream technology programmes for clients across markets. The role ensures that technology implementation, adoption, and success activities—including platform rollouts, integrations, training, testing, and adoption support to Product Success Directors (PSDs)—are delivered predictably, transparently, and in line with client expectations.

Operating across multiple client programmes concurrently, the Senior Programme Manager provides programme‑level governance, structure, and oversight, supporting Product Success Directors through progress tracking, structured stakeholder communication, RAID management, and executive‑ready reporting. The role is accountable for defining and maintaining programme reporting frameworks
