Job Description
Take charge of customer programs as a Senior Program Manager at Sanmina Corporation, tailored to the electronics contract manufacturing industry. Drive strategic initiatives and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with strategic clients and ensuring the performance of key account metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply/demand planning, budget analysis, and quality improvements. This role emphasizes leadership in managing customer programs from initiation through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance client relationships for satisfaction and engagement
• Monitor and manage key account performance metrics
• Ensure timely information flow to customers
• Coordinate activities between clients and company staff
• Lead initiatives for program quality and efficiency
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in engineering or business
• 5+ years’ experience in electronics Program Management
