About the Role:

We are seeking a senior Program Director to lead a large-scale, enterprise-wide IT transformation initiative impacting 3,+ developers. This high-visibility mandate focuses on establishing governance and structure around the Software Development Lifecycle, modernizing development processes, tools, architecture alignment, and stakeholder coordination across a multi-year roadmap.

The Program Director will oversee complex cross-functional technology initiatives spanning architecture, infrastructure, application development, security, and systems integration within a scaled agile environment.
