Description
We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to own delivery promise quality across Zappos' distinct business marketplaces. In this role, you will ensure customers receive consistent delivery speed by identifying promise anomalies, diagnosing root causes, and driving product solutions that improve promise quality and reliability. Your insights will inform strategic improvements across inventory placement, operations, and transportation that enhance delivery speed. You will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for promise quality, working cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, technology, and operations teams. This position requires strong product vision, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate in ambiguity while managing multiple complex priorities.
